Class Cancellation & Compensation Policy – House of Piano Music Academy

1. Cancellation at least 6 hours before class – Compensation Available
If you cancel a class at least 6 hours before the scheduled time, a compensation class can be arranged on a different day, subject to availability. Kindly check with the front desk to schedule your makeup class.

2. Cancellation less than 6 hours before class – Case-Based Compensation
We understand that emergencies or sickness can occur. However, your teacher’s time and your class slot are reserved specifically for you and cannot be reassigned at short notice. In such cases, compensation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The final decision will rest with House of Piano Music Academy.

3. No Show – Charged / No Compensation
If you miss a class without prior notice (“No Show”), the session will be counted, and no compensation will be provided as we are unable to reallocate the teacher’s time.
